Right of withdrawal

If the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the delivery of the goods, without the obligation to provide reasons, except for exceptions provided by law.

The customer must return the products within 14 days of the withdrawal communication. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the 14-day period expires. In general, the direct cost of return is borne by the consumer, if correctly informed in advance.

The refund will be made within the legal terms, using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded in cases provided by law, including, by way of example:

• goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery;
• other cases provided by current legislation.

Legal warranty

For consumer customers, the legal warranty of conformity provided by current legislation applies.In the case of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer is entitled to the remedies provided by law.
